2. Account Obligations

To access expedited checkout and historical order ledgers, users may be necessitated to establish an account. You warrant that all credentialing information provided is accurate, current, and verifiable.

You assume total liability for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. The Company holds zero liability for illicit transactions resulting from your failure to secure your account parameters.

3. Commercial Transactions

Pricing & Currency

All listed prices are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and remain subject to modification without preemptive notification. Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in strict adherence to UAE Federal Tax Authority mandates.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the unilateral right to abrogate or refuse any order due to inventory deficits, pricing inaccuracies, or indicators of fraudulent commercial intent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability relating to any transaction shall under no circumstances exceed the total monetary value transferred by you for the specific products yielding the dispute.

7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This contractual agreement and any separate transactional agreements whereby we provision services to you shall be governed strictly by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
